Hailed as "One of the year's most innovative car-care products" by Motor Trends Magazine, the Car Capsule has gained a somewhat legendary mistique since it's conception in 1988. Available in many shapes and sizes, there is a capsule available that will fit and protect each and everyone of your 'toys.'

The capsule inflates with air, creating a virtual bubble that is very impervious to falling objects and other hazards. The manufacturer, PDK, claims that you can drop a 5-lb sledge hammer onto the top of one of these bubbles. We certainly didn't believe that until we tried it ourselves! Guess what, it works, and it works really, really well. You can run full speed into the bubble, and you will simply bounce off like you've been hit by an NFL linebacker. We feel that anyone who owns a car worth protecting (especially in earth-quake prone Southern California) would benefit from the use of the Car Capsule. And it's not that much more expensive than a regular good-quality car cover.
